Customer orders and sales – online, in person and by phone.
Whether you make a purchase online, by phone or in person from you, we need to process necessary information from you to carry out the purchase. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, details of your order and payment method. All payment details are processed at the point of sale and we do not store any identifiable payment details once the transaction has been processed. All online sales are paid securely through Stripe.

If you contact us regarding any queries about any of our products/services, issues you may have with a product/service or leave items in for repair (by phone/email/online/in person) – we will process information about you including you name, address, contact phone number, email address and details of your query or repair. This is to ensure we manage your query or repair as efficiently as possible.
Appointments are created by customers (either by phone/email or online) and are carried out in our store. Our appointment booking system is provided by a third-party company and booking fees are processed securely through Stripe. For bookings the following information is required:Customer name
– Customer email
– Customer telephone number
– Employee name
– Payment method (this information is collected by Stripe in order to process payments)
By submitting your contact details, you are giving us permission to contact you to to confirm your appointment and/or update you on any changes to your appointment.
Information about customers will only be used when deemed necessary to adhere to Health and Safety legislation or for reasons involving the safety of our store, staff and other customers. This includes CCTV footage, customer details (name, email, phone number or postal address), details of any incidents in store, payment card verification processes/point of sale transaction information or any other necessary information that may be needed for Health, safety or security purposes.
We will not use any of the information we have collected to send you emails/texts on news/offers etc unless you have given us permission to do so by signing up to our email newsletter or our texting system.
